Adam Bowman PsyD, PHR, SHRM-CP
Dr. Adam's expertise is in conflict resolution, consensus building and human resources development, generational conflict in organizations, organizational justice, and coaching. He has several years of experience in learning and development and training design and implementation. Adam is an experienced mediator. He had mediated in Franklin County Ohio Juvenile court and Small Claims court, and the Columbus City Prosecutor Office. He also is an Ohio certified foreclosure mediator . Adam is passionate about education and training and one of our chief trainers at CRPG. He currently is an adjunct professor in psychology at Marion Technical college in the business program.
Adam holds Doctorate in Human and Organizational Psychology from Touro Worldwide University. A MA in Conflict Resolution from Antioch University Midwest and a BA in History at The Ohio State University. Adam also has his PHR and SHRM-CP designation.
Adam's areas of research are organizational justice, generational workplace conflict, and conflict style assessment. Adam is trained in action research, qualitative research and quantitative research methodologies and design which he uses in applied research settings. He also has a strong interest in training, facilitation, emotional intelligence, and intentional change coaching. He is passionate about making organizations a place where people can grow and develop.
Interests and Activities:
Adam is always working on "projects." whether it is helping his wife restore their old home, writing, or involved at his church; he is always keeping busy. When Adam has recreational time he spends it with his family or attempts to fish. He is not much of a fisherman, but he tries. His interests lie in antiques, fishing, reading, writing, history, religious studies, psychology, and family.
